List of steps to make a complaint

In order to make a complaint, follow these steps carefully:

  • Download and fill in universal guarantee card (link)
  • Pass the product along with the receipt and guarantee card to the point where you purchased it
  • Wait for the feedback from the shop where you bought the product. The shop will complete all the formalities.
